Re-enrolling iPhone

If you are unable to access company resources on your work iPhone then the device needs to be re-enrolled into your management. This will affect several apps including Teams, email, SharePoint and MiCollab, they will need to be setup again after re-enrolling your device.

To to this first go to settings on your iPhone

Scroll down to "General"

Scroll down to "Device Management"

Select the Goodfellow Cambridge Management Profile

Select "Remove Management"

Enter your passcode to confirm you are the user of the device

And again select "Remove Management"

Now open the Company Portal app

If prompted sign in with your email address and password. Your password will be the same one you use to login to your PC.

You should now receive a message like the below. Press OK, you may be prompted to sign in again

You should now see a screen similar to the one below. Press "Begin", review the privacy policy and press "Continue".

Continuing the setup, you will now be prompted to allow the Company Portal app to download a configuration profile. Press "Allow".

You will now be shown some instructions on how to install the profile onto your iPhone.

Go to settings and you should see "Profile Downloaded just under your name.
imageYou now need to press "Install" in the top right hand corner.

Enter your passcode to confirm you are the user of the device

And again press "Install".

You will now be prompted with a warning message like the below, again press "Install" in the top right hand corner.

Now go back to the company portal app. If prompted press "Yes I Installed the Profile" you should then see a screen like below press continue to check the device settings.

You will now be prompted to allow Goodfellow to manage certain apps, press "Manage" when prompted and your device will be ready to use again.

You will need to login to apps like Teams and SharePoint again and may be prompted to re-enter your email password. If your MiCollab app no longer works or you have had any other issue with your phone please raise an IT helpdesk ticket by emailing ithelpdesk@goodfellow.com  or via the web portal by clicking HERE
